Motorola's latest in line, the Edge 70 Fusion+, is out now; it is the latest edition to the Edge 70 series lineup. The smartphone shares a lot of its features with another model of the same lineup, the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion. This latest edition comes with an amped-up camera setup which is a 50 MP Sony LYTIA 710 primary shooter.

Specs And Features

The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+ comes with a 6.8-inch 1.5K (1272x2772) Super HD AMOLED display, which supports a refresh rate of 144Hz and also comes with HDR 10+ support. The silicon powering the device is Qualcomm's Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, which is paired with an Adreno 810 GPU and a 12+256GB RAM and storage configuration. The device ships with Motorola's custom Hello UI based on Android 16.

In the camera department the device sports a triple-rear camera setup. The main camera is a 50-megapixel shooter that uses Sony’s LYTIA 710 sensor and supports optical image stabilisation along with Ultra Pixel technology to improve image quality. Alongside it, the phone includes a 50-megapixel ultrawide camera and a 10-megapixel telephoto lens. The telephoto camera has a 3x optical and 10x digital zoom capability. On the front side, the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+ has a 50MP selfie camera for selfie photography and video calls.

The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+ is fuelled by a 5,200 mAh battery that supports 68W TurboPower fast charging. The connectivity options in the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+ include 5G and 4G LTE networks. The phone also supports Bluetooth 6.0, near-field communication technology, Wi-Fi 6E, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+ supports dual-SIM connectivity. The phone supports a Nano SIM card and an eSIM card. For durability, the handset carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for protection against dust and water.

Pricing and Availability

The newly revealed smartphone has been launched in Brazil and costs BRL 2,969, which translates to Rs 52,000 approximately for the single 12+256GB RAM and storage variant, and the colourways available for this device are Pantone Orient Blue and Pantone Blue Surf.
