JE Technology Desk: Motorola is all set to compete with the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 with its Razr 40 Ultra handset that will launch in India today. Apart from the 'Ultra', the company will announce the cheaper alternative - Razr 40 for buyers. Motorola Razr 40 Ultra Specifications

The device will have a 6.9-inch FHD+ LTPO pOLED 165Hz main and a 3.6-inch pOLED 144Hz cover screen with Gorilla Glass Victus protection. For flagship performance, the device will have Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip and 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage. Google's Android 13 will take care of the software with Motorola's My UX. For immersive audio, it will have a Dolby Atmos.

The IP52-rated device will have a 3800mAh battery with support for 30W wired and 5W wireless charging. As for the optics, the phone will have a 12MP OIS primary and 13MP ultra-wide with LED flash on the back and a 32MP selfie lens. As for connectivity, the device will have Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. For security, it will sport a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and face unlock functionality.

The Raz 40 will have a 6.9-inch FHD+ LTPO 144Hz pOLED and 1.5-inch 120Hz OLED screen with Gorilla Glass Victus protection. It will have Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset, My UX based on Android 13, a 4200mAh battery with 33W charging, 64MP + 13MP ultra-wide and 32MP front camera.

Moto Razr 40, 40 Ultra Price (Expectations)

Moto Razr 40 and Razr 40 Ultra are listed on the official website in a single storage variant: 8GB + 256GB. The Razr 40 will have three colour shades: Sage Green, Summer Lilac and Vanilla Cream. Moto Razr 40 Ultra will come in two colour options: Viva Magenta and Infinite Black. The 'Ultra' foldable device is anticipated to be priced at Rs 90,000. Motorola Razr 40 could have a starting price of Rs 60,000.
