JE Technology Desk: Motorola is all set to launch the Motorola Razr 40 series in India after announcing the phones in China and globally. The company revealed the specifications of the phone on Amazon India on Thursday. Moreover, the company confirmed that the smartphones will launch in India next month.
Here are the specifications and launch dates of both the upcoming handsets.
Motorola Razr 40 Ultra Specifications
The Razr 40 Ultra sports a 6.9-inch FHD+ pOLED screen with up to 165Hz refresh rate. Speaking of the outer display, the phone sports a 3.6 inch pOLED panel that can refresh at 144Hz and sports Gorilla Glass Victus protection. It has stereo speakers with Doby Atmos support for immersive multimedia consumption.
For performance, the smartphone sports Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 CPU and Adreno 730 GPU. It runs on MyUX based on Android 13. As for the memory, it will come with 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage.
The IP52-rated foldable has a 3,800mAh battery that supports 33W wired and 5W wireless charging. As for photography, the phone has a 12MP OIS primary and a 13MP ultra-wide lens. On the front sits a 32MP selfie shooter. Speaking of connectivity, the phone supports 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, Near Field Communication (NFC) and a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer.
Motorola Razr 40 Specifications
The Razr 40 sports a 6.9-inch pOLED FHD+ screen with 144Hz refresh rate. The cover screen measures 1.47 inches and is an AMOLED panel with a 60Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass Victus protection. Under the hood, the phone sports a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC and Adreno 644 GPU. It runs on MyUX based on Android 13.
The Razr 40 has a 4,200mAh battery with 33W wired charging. It also supports 5W wireless charging. Speaking of optics, it has a 64MP primary and a 13MP ultra-wide sensor. A 32MP selfie camera is placed inside the punch hole on the display.
Motorola Razr 40 Series Launch Date and Price (Expected)
Motorola Razr 40 series was launched in China recently, followed by a global debut. Soon after the announcement, the company teased the smartphone on its official Indian website. And finally, the Razr 40 and Razr 40 Ultra will launch in India on July 3.
Coming to the price, the Razr 40 could be available at around Rs 60,000, and the Razr 40 Ultra may have a starting price of Rs 75,000.
