JE Technology Desk: Nothing Phone (2) is all set to launch in India on July 11, and the company recently unveiled the pre-order facility for buyers who wished to get the smartphone before open sales. However, the pre-order passes for the device are now out of stock on Flipkart. For the unversed, the London-based phone maker opened the pre-booking facility on June 29.
According to IANS, the company revealed that more pre-booking passes will be available soon. The company has not shared an official date, but we can expect the passes to restock in a few days as the handset will launch on Tuesday. The Flipkart banner also reads: "Back in stock soon".
"We are truly overwhelmed to receive such an amazing response for Nothing Phone (2). We want to assure our consumers in India that team Nothing in India is working round-the-clock to ramp up production in order to meet the demand of our consumers," said Manu Sharma, General Manager and Vice President of Nothing India.
Nothing Phone (2) Pre-Order Offers
According to the Flipkart page, here are the listed benefits, subject to the brand's terms and conditions:
- Buyers can bundle in the Ear (stick) TWS for Rs 4,250
- Instant discounts via leading banks are also applicable
- Users can bundle in a Phone (2) Case worth 1,299 at a discounted price of Rs 499
- Buyers can purchase a screen protector worth Rs 999 for Rs 399 during the offer
- Nothing (Power) 45W can be purchased for Rs 1,499
The company has not shared whether these offers will be available on the upcoming passes. Buyers who managed to buy a pre-order pass can head to Flipkart between July 11 and July 20 to buy the device. Buyers who do not complete the transaction during this period will get the deposited Rs 2,000 amount as a refund.
For context on Nothing Phone (2), the device will be equipped with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip and run on Nothing OS 2.0 software. According to reports, the Phone (2) will have a 6.7-inch OLED screen and a 4700mAh battery.
