OnePlus 15: OnePlus has announced its latest performance flagship, the OnePlus 15, a phone that is set to create new standards in terms of speed, photography, and gaming. It is among the first smartphones in the world to incorporate Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Mobile Platform, offering cutting-edge performance capabilities.
Partnership With Qualcomm
At the launch, Pete Lau, founder of OnePlus, highlighted the company’s long-standing relationship with Qualcomm. “For more than a decade, OnePlus and Qualcomm Technologies have moved in lockstep to redefine what a flagship can be. The OnePlus 15 is also the first phone to feature the company’s DetailMax image engine, which uses advanced algorithms and processing capabilities to deliver sharper, more realistic images. OnePlus claims this system sets a new standard in smartphone photography by enhancing clarity and natural detail.
Gaming and Performance
Running on OxygenOS and backed by Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, the handset is designed to sustain performance even under heavy workloads. The company says it has added software optimisations tailored for high-end gaming, ensuring stability during extended play sessions.
