Poco M6 5G, which will be the company’s second M series device, will now be launching on December 22. The smartphone will sit above the Poco M5. The smartphone has already made its debut in some markets and will be making its India debut soon. This comes after the company teased the smartphone on social media handles. There are also speculations that the smartphone could be the most affordable smartphone under Rs 10,000 bracket in India.

Poco M6 5G Expected Specifications

Poco M6 5G is said to be a rebranded version of Redmi 13C and may boast a 6.74-inch LCD with a refresh rate panel of 90 Hz. Under the hood, the smartphone is said to feature a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC, which may come paired with up to 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB storage. The smartphone’s elder sibling draws its power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC with the same 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB storage. Poco M6 5G is also said to carry a 5000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support and is likely to run on MIUI 14 based on Android 13.

In terms of camera, the smartphone is said to get a 50 MP primary shooter along with an in-depth sensor. It may also get a side-mounted fingerprint sensor with a USB Type-C port.

There are speculations that Poco will introduce the M6 Pro 4G variant in the coming time. The smartphone was spotted for certification approval in Indonesia and is expected that the smartphone will make its India debut soon.

Poco M6 5G Expected Price:

Poco M6 5G is expected to be priced at around Rs 9,499. However, the brand has not revealed the price at the time of writing this article.
