SONY has a huge fanbase in India for the premium products it offers across different categories in the tech world. One such loved gadget of the company is the PlayStation. While users have faced stock issues in the past, the Japanese manufacturer has announced fresh pre-order dates for PS5 this month.

A buyer can pre-order the PS5 model from today onwards. However, the exact number of stocks remains unclear. So, the PS fans must be on their toes to avail of one before it gets out of stock. This time, the products will be up for sale on Sony Centre, Amazon, Flipkart, Croma, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales and Games The Shop, 91mobiles report.

Last month, two PS5 restocks happened in India, the report adds. This is proof of the rising demand for this Sony gadget in the Indian market.

Despite wide availability online, the stocks are expected to go haywire in no time. However, if you miss this opportunity, you can explore offline channels for product availability.

PS5 Models Specifications

Launched in 2020, the PS5 has an octa-core CPU, AMD RDNA2 GPU, 16GB GDDR6 RAM and 825GB SSD, reports Gizmochina. Plus, the storage is expandable via a supported SSD. The only difference between the standard and digital edition is that the standard model houses a Blu-Ray disc drive, while the digital doesn’t, according to the platform.

Further, the console supports 8K output in games with 4320p resolution. It supports up to 120 FPS in compatible games with 120Hz on 4k displays. Plus, it supports HDR output. The PS5 comes with Tempest 3D Audiotech for good-quality sound.

PS5 Models Pricing

- PlayStation 5 Digital Edition will be available for Rs. 44,990.

- PlayStation Standard Standalone will sell for Rs. 54,990.

- PlayStation GOD OF WAR - Ragnarök Standard (Physical Game) will be available for Rs. 59,390 across online channels.

As for other news, Sony released an update to add Discord Voice Chat and other features on PS5, according to Gizmochina. This will help facilitate easy communication during gameplay with friends.
