The OnePlus 15 and Vivo X300 Series have already made their debut in China and several global markets, and it looks like we might get to see more devices in both the respective lineups soon. Previously for the OnePlus 13 and Vivo X200 series, the companies revealed their compact versions with flagship power that packed a similar kick and were also at a budget. This time the Chinese smartphone makers might be unveiling the OnePlus 15s and Vivo X300 FE in India shortly.
Vivo and OnePlus are quietly lining up two new additions for the Indian market, and early leaks have already started shaping expectations. Tipster Debayan Roy has shared key specifications of the Vivo X300 FE and OnePlus 15s, giving a clear picture of where both devices might land in the premium mid-segment. While neither brand has confirmed the launches, the India debut is expected soon, though no exact date has been hinted at yet.

Vivo X300 FE Expected Specs
Vivo appears to be continuing the formula it established with its previous FE model. The X300 FE is tipped to feature a 6.3-inch flat OLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 1.5K resolution—a combination that aims to deliver smooth visuals without pushing into the ultra-premium zone. Under the hood, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset is expected to take charge, which is set to go official soon.

Battery performance is shaping up to be one of the major highlights. Much like its predecessor, the X300 FE could pack a large 6500mAh unit with support for 90W wired charging. For users who prioritise battery longevity and faster refills, this combination could be appealing. On the camera front, the phone may house a triple-camera system with a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom and an ultrawide camera.
OnePlus 15s Expected Specs
On the other side, OnePlus seems to be building a slightly more performance-leaning alternative. The OnePlus 15s is expected to arrive with a 6.3-inch flat OLED display as well, but with a faster 165 Hz refresh rate. The 1.5K resolution remains similar to Vivo’s, but the higher refresh rate could give it an edge for competitive gaming and high-motion content.

The device is likely powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, keeping it aligned with the OnePlus 15 series performance standards. A triple-camera setup is expected, again led by a 50MP primary sensor with supporting telephoto and ultrawide lenses. OnePlus may also differentiate itself with a massive 7,000mAh battery, making it one of the largest battery capacities in its class.
As both phones inch closer to launch, the leaks suggest an interesting clash: Vivo leaning into battery efficiency and imaging, and OnePlus pushing refresh rate and raw performance. All that remains now is the official green signal from both brands.
