JE Technology Desk: Vivo announced Vivo X90s in its homeland on Monday. The smartphone comes with a Dimensty 9200+ chip, a curved AMOLED display that can refresh at 120Hz and boasts a Zeiss triple camera setup with a 50MP primary lens on the back.
The smartphone is the latest addition to the Vivo X90 series in China. For the unversed, Vivo X90 Pro and Vivo X90 are available in India. The company is silent on the debut of the smartphone in the country at the moment. Here are the specifications and variant-wise price details of the new Vivo X90s.

Vivo X90s Specifications
The 5G smartphone has a 6.78-inch AMOLED 120Hz panel with 2800 x 1260 screen resolution and 1300 nits of peak brightness. It can produce up to 1.07 billion colours. Under the hood, the IP64-rated handset has an octa-core 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ SoC and V2 chip for performance with Immortalis-G715 GPU.
Speaking of memory, it comes with up to 12GB LPDDR5X and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. The smartphone runs on Android 13 on top of OriginOS 3. The X90s has a 4810mAh battery with 120W charging that can charge up to 50 per cent in eight minutes. Speaking of the optics, it has a 50MP OIS main, 12MP ultra-wide and 12MP portrait lens on the back and a 32MP selfie shooter.
As for connectivity, it sports Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, Near Field Communication (NFC) and a USB 2.0 Type-C port for charging and data sharing. For security, it has an in-screen fingerprint reader. The Chinese description of the product claims it has an infrared remote control, laser focus sensor, colour temperature sensor and more.
Vivo X90s Price
Here is the variant-wise pricing of the newly launched Vivo X90s smartphone.
- X90s (8GB+256GB): 3999 Yuan (roughly Rs 45,300)
- X90s (12GB+256GB): 4299 Yuan (close to Rs 48,700)
- X90s (12GB+512GB): 4699 Yuan (around Rs 53,300)
The handset will be available in four colour options: Black, Red, Green and White in China.
