The default settings will allow users to receive calls from accounts they follow and people from their phone book. The additional requirement is a user must have sent a direct message to a user before calling the recipient.

iPhone users can tap the envelope icons and open a DM chat of the account they wish to video or audio call. From the phone icon, you can choose to either video or audio call users on X. If a receiver does not respond to a call, a notification that they have a missed call will pop up.
