X Video Live Stream For Gaming: Elon Musk's X (formerly called Twitter) has been in the news for testing new features. One such option of live streaming that allows users to broadcast videos in real-time on the microblogging app is being stressed hard by Musk of late. And it seems the firm is now pressing towards live video game streaming, on the lines of popular Twitch.

Musk added in a recent post that he will be playing video games live at regular intervals and will stream them on X. He even tested a demo last night and added that he will complete "Tier 100 Nightmare dungeo" today.

"It works," Musk said on X's video game streamer system. "Will try to complete a Tier 100 Nightmare dungeon tonight live on this platform," he added. He also posted a video of X engineer Mark Kalman, who shared a demo about how to stream games live on X.

Users have been adding their takes on the update. A user said that a creator dashboard and better chat like Twitch or Kick will make X a "goated platform" for video game streaming. Musk can be seen live streaming Blizzard's Diablo PvP arena from a handle - @cyb3rgam3r420. It is unclear whether the account belongs to Musk or is a testing profile. An option to change stream quality is unavailable.

According to The Indian Express, due to the changed rules of Twitch, gamers are now flocking to YouTube Gaming and Facebook Live. X's foray into this arena might be a plus point for the platform. The revenue model for live streaming is not clear at the moment. On a related note, Musk also shared that an option to livestream in 4K shall debut on the platform soon.
