X (formerly Twitter) has been constantly adding new features to the platform ever since the platform rebranded itself. In the latest update, the platform has added a new video swipe feature, much like Instagram reels, using which the users can swipe up to watch the next video after watching one.
Taking to a post, X’s official handle posted that now the users can swipe up on a video to watch the recommended video based on the company’s algorithm. X owner Elon Musk has already hinted about the new upcoming feature by saying that the platform will offer an immersive video experience with just a tap by adding a ‘Video Swipe feature’.

Taking to his own handle, Elon Musk reposted by saying ‘Swipe Up’ with an emoji. As reported earlier, the video swipe feature can be used with a simple approach. The platform is trying to engage the users with the videos and let them swipe to see new ones rather than scrolling through the feed to find new content pieces.
Meanwhile, Elon Musk-owned micro-blogging platform X is now working on the social platform to make it an everything application. With this, the application is soon adding video and audio call features for the users in order to make it easier for them to connect to their loved ones.
The platform has been undergoing a lot of changes ever since Elon Musk completed the high-profile multi-billion dollar deal and bought Twitter (now X). Since then, the platform has been making new changes including Twitter Blue, new features, and rebranding to X.
Not only that, the company has also witnessed mass layoffs wherein the company fired most of its senior officials, and other staff and even shut down operations in some countries.
