Hyderabad Accident: Two men, identified as K Rohith (27) and Bala Prasanna (26), died after falling down from a flyover in Hyderabad. The incident took place on Sunday while they were on a bike on the Kothaguda flyover on Gachibowli road under the jurisdiction of the Cyberabad Police Commissionerate, police said.

Both the deceased were residents of Andhra Pradesh's Guntur district. They were travelling on a bike from Masjid Banda towards Hafeezpet when the tragedy took place.

Rohit, a software engineer, was driving the bike while Prasanna, who was looking for a job, was riding the pillion.

Rohit crashed the bike into the median while driving fast. The impact threw both the men into the air, and they landed on the road below the flyover. They were immediately rushed to a hospital for treatment. Their conditions were critical. However, they succumbed to their injuries during treatment, said police.

After moving the bodies to Osmania Hospital for an autopsy, the police began their investigation.

In another incident, a woman and her 12-year-old son died after they were struck by an RTC bus in the Rangareddy area near Hyderabad. Her another son, who was also in the scooter with them, was injured.

While her other kid, Abdul Raheem, 9, was hurt, Amjed Begum, 35, who was riding the scooty, and her son, Abdul Rahman, 12, died. After sending the deceased for autopsy, police sent the injured to a hospital. A police officer said that they opened a case and began an investigation.
