As part of the decades-long tradition where the President of India visits Hyderabad for at least two weeks in the winter, President Draupadi Murmu is set to visit the state capital for one week at Rashtrapati Nilayam, Bolarum, in Secunderabad. On November 21, the President will inaugurate the Bharatiya Kala Mahotsav 2025 and on November 22, the President will be present at the centenary celebration of Sri Sathya Sai Baba at Prasanthi Nilayam, Puttaparthi.

Due to her movement on November 21 and November 22, the Telangana police have issued a host of traffic advisories and restrictions. The traffic advisory will be effective in places of Secunderabad, Trimulgherry and Begumpet.

Hyderabad Traffic Advisory: November 21

11:00 AM To 2:00 PM: 

- Traffic movement will be diverted at CTO, Rasoolpura, PNT Junction, Hyderabad Public School, Begumpet flyover, Greenlands, Panjagutta junction, Monappa Junction, Yashoda hospital, Katriya hotel, Metro residency, VV Statue, Raj Bhavan.

2:30 PM To 4:00 PM: 

- Flow of traffic will be restricted at Raj Bhavan, VV Statue, Metro Residency, Katriya Hotel, Yashoda Hospital, Monappa Junction, Panjagutta Junction, Greenlands, Begumpet Flyover, HPS, PNT Junction, Rasoolpura, CTO, Tivoli, NCC, Club-in-Gate, Airtel Junction, Karkhana Junction, RTA Trimulgherry, Trimulgherry X Road, Holy Family, Lal Bazar, MCEME, Lothukunta, Satya Petrol Pump, Alwal T Junction, AOC Centre, Bison Signal.

5:30 PM To 6:45 PM: 

- In the evening, the traffic restrictions will be in place in Bison Signal, AOC Centre, Alwal T Junction, Satya Petrol Pump, Lothukunta, MCEME, Lal Bazar, Holy Family, Trimulgherry X Road, RTA Trimulgherry, Karkhana Junction, Airtel Junction, Club-in-Gate, NCC, Tivoli, CTO, Rasoolpura, PNT Junction, HPS, Begumpet Flyover, Greenlands, Panjagutta Junction, Monappa Junction, Yashoda Hospital, Katriya Hotel, Raj Bhavan, Metro Residency, VV Statue, Raj Bhavan.

Hyderabad Traffic Advisory: November 22

On the second day of President Murmu’s stay, traffic checks will be in place in the following places from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM: 

- Raj Bhavan, VV Statue, Metro Residency, Katriya Hotel, Yashoda Hospital, Monappa Junction, Panjagutta Junction, Greenlands, Begumpet Flyover, HPS, PNT Junction, Rasoolpura, CTO.

Traffic officials have requested the public to plan their travel accordingly and contact the local traffic helpline number 9010203626 for assistance in case of any medical emergency.
