Hyderabad Water Cut: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWS&SB) has announced a water supply disruption in various parts of the city. The disruption will occur on Tuesday and Wednesday, July 30 and 31, due to junction works on the Manjeera phase 1 pipeline at Patancheru.
Hyderabad Water Cut Affected Areas
The areas affected by the water supply disruption will be in two divisions, 8 and 15, which include BHEL Township, Hyderabad Central University, Patancheru Industrial Area, Patancheru, RC Puram, Ashok Nagar, Jyothi Nagar, Lingampally, Chandanagar, Gangaram, Madeenaguda, Hafeezpet, Doyens Colony and the State Bank of India training centre.

According to The Hindu report, works are scheduled to commence at 6 am on July 30 and continue until the following day, resulting in a complete disruption of water supply on both days.
In separate news, the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has announced a ground survey to collect property and ownership details in the city. The survey will be conducted to match the data received through the GIS mapping of properties. The field survey is set to begin on July 30 and will initially focus on the areas of Uppal, Hayatnagar, Hyderanagar, Kukatpally, KPHB Colony, Miyapur and Chandanagar, with plans to expand to other localities later.
Hyderabad Ground Survey Documents Required
Residents will be required to provide various documents, including building permissions, occupancy certificates, the latest property tax payment receipt, water bills, electricity bills, owner's identity proof and trade licenses for commercial properties. This Geo-Enabled Property Taxes project aims to facilitate easier property tax payment, better asset management for the GHMC and increased citizen participation.
