Top 10 Scariest Movies As Per Science: Have you ever wondered which horror films are the most terrifying according to science? In order to determine the answer, a fascinating study called "The Science of Scare" measured viewers' heart rates while they watched some of the scariest films ever produced. The experiment, which was carried out by a broadband provider in the UK, tracked participants' heart rates (BPM) while they watched dozens of well-known horror films to determine which ones actually frightened viewers the most.

The results of this study showed which films kept audiences in a state of constant suspense, in addition to which ones produced the highest heart rate increases. These scientifically ranked horror films demonstrate that fear can be both physical and emotional, with themes ranging from demonic possession to ghostly hauntings and psychological nightmares.
