'Deadpool & Wolverine' was one of the most awaited releases of 2024 and has finally been released in theatres. Starring Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman in the lead roles, the movie has been receiving an amazing response from the audience and has also been performing well at the box office. 'Deadpool & Wolverine' featured several cameos by the actors, who had roles in 'X-Men' movies. Chris Evans was seen as Johnny once again and penned a sweet note for the team.
Sharing the picture with Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman and Shawn Levy, Chris wrote, "Thank you to Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman and Shawn Levy for letting me be a part of such an incredible movie! Thank you to Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman and Shawn Levy for letting me be a part of such an incredible movie!”
The movie revolves around the two superheroes teaming up to save the world. Emma Corrin has joined the movie as the main antagonist, whereas, Matthew Macfadyen is seen as Paradox. The movie also stars Morena Baccarin, Rob Delaney, Leslie Uggams, Karan Soni, Brianna Hildebrand, Stefan Kapičić, Shioli Kutsuna, Randal Reeder and Lewis Tan.
In an interview with GQ, Emma Corrin talked about playing the role of Cassandra and working with Ryan Reynolds. She said, "There's a lot of pressure on it, but I think it's the right one at the right time. Because it's Deadpool, and Deadpool has always broken the mold, right? That's why Ryan (Reynolds) is a literal genius... the genre has been incredibly safe, and at the moment, it's on the rocks, people come in and blow it out of the water again."
'Deadpool & Wolverine' has shown Wolverine from the alternate universe as Deadpool takes his help to save the world. The movie also has a connection to the Time Variance Authority (TVA), which was an integral part of the mini-series 'Loki'.
