•Test Your Internet Connection:

Perform a speed test. Netflix suggests a minimum of 3 Mbps for SD, 5 Mbps for HD, and 25 Mbps for Ultra HD content. Make sure your Wi-Fi signal is good, or plug your device directly into the router using Ethernet for a better connection.

• Restart Your Devices:

Power off your streaming device (TV, console, etc.) for 1-2 minutes to remove temporary glitches. Or Reset your router/modem by unplugging it for 30-60 seconds to reset your network.

• Try Netflix again:

On the error screen, choose "Try Again." If the issue continues or another error code displays, look for additional solutions at Netflix's Help Center.

• Update Netflix App:

Ensure that your Netflix application is updated. On Roku, press the star button after Netflix is highlighted and choose "Check for Updates." On smartphones or smart TVs, check for updates in the app store.

• Clear Cache and Data:

-For Android: Go to Settings > Applications > Netflix > Storage > Clear Cache/Clear Data.
-For Smart TVs or consoles, app settings should be checked to clear the cache or reinstall the Netflix app completely.

• Check DNS Settings:

Incorrect DNS settings can be a problem for Netflix connectivity. Reach out to your ISP for help, or reset to the default DNS settings. Do not use VPNs or proxies, as they can interfere with streaming.

• Disable Test Participation:

Log in to Netflix on a browser, navigate to Account > Settings > Test Participation, and switch off this option. This will help solve experimental feature-related problems.

• Reset Your Device :

In case the issue doesn't go away, you can reset your streaming device to its factory settings. Note that this will erase all apps and preferences, and you will have to reinstall Netflix afterwards.
