The Gorakhpur Development Authority (GDA) is set to begin bookings for its first multi-storey residential project in the Gorakhnath area by Diwali, with preparations underway for the foundation stone to be laid by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

According to GDA officials, the project’s registration with RERA is in its final stages and is expected to be completed by next week. The scheme, located in Lalitapuram colony, Lachhipur, will feature 286 flats, including:

-2BHK flats of 860 sq ft, priced at approximately Rs 57 lakh

-3BHK flats of 1,380 sq ft, priced at approximately Rs 94 lakh

-3BHK flats with a servant’s quarter of 1,560 sq ft, priced at approximately Rs 1.06 crore

The project, targeted for completion in 2.5 years, will consist of two blocks, A and B, and will include a large car park with a capacity of around 397 vehicles.

Construction will employ Mivan technology, an advanced aluminium formwork system that casts walls, slabs, and stairs simultaneously. This method ensures faster construction and high-quality structures. The total project cost is estimated at Rs 172.86 crore, with construction set to begin immediately after RERA registration is finalised.
