Greater Noida Traffic Advisory: The Noida traffic police have announced a traffic diversion plan for a three-day flower show that was inaugurated on Friday at Samrat Mihir Bhoj City Park by Saumya Srivastava, the assistant chief executive officer of the Greater Noida Authority.

With a large number of visitors anticipated, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Lakhan Singh Yadav stated that measures have been put in place to manage potential congestion. He explained that if traffic increases on the road connecting Delta 1 to Alpha 1, diversions will be implemented. Heavy vehicles will be prohibited from entering the area around the park and traffic coming from the Wipro roundabout will be redirected to Sectors Delta 1 and Delta 2.

Additionally, vehicles travelling from Sector Alpha 1 to Delta 1 will be directed to Sector Beta 1. An increased number of traffic police officers will be on duty, and motorists can reach the traffic police helpline at 9971009001 for assistance.

Greater Noida Flower Show: Parking Facilities

According to the traffic advisory, parking for VIPs will be reserved near Gate 1, which will also serve as the entry point for VIPs and media personnel. General visitors are advised to park on the service lane outside the event venue. Should the attendance exceed expectations, additional parking will be available at the YMCA parking area and the Shaheed Vijay Singh Pathik Sports Complex.

Organised by the Greater Noida Authority, the flower show will run until March 2, featuring a marigold theme along with various other flowers, including alyssum, anthurium, calendula, cineraria, gazania and salvia.
