Up News: In a major accident in Kasganj on Tuesday morning, while digging the soil, about a dozen women got buried under a mound of soil. Four women died on the spot while several were injured. A rescue operation is underway to rescue those trapped. More than a dozen women are feared to be buried under the soil. As soon as the information about the accident was received, senior officials reached the spot, jagran.com reported.
On getting information about the accident, the district administration team, police and MLA Devendra Singh Rajput reached the spot. The team removed the soil with the help of JCB. The rescued women were sent to the district hospital.
The doctor at the district hospital has declared four women dead including a girl. District Magistrate Mega Rupam and SP Aparna Rajat Kaushik reached the spot with the police force.
3 Women And Child Killed In Accident:
-Saraswati wife of Raghuveer, resident of Rampur police station market Kasganj, age 27 years
-Ram Beti, wife of Daanpal, age 27 years, resident of Kasganj
-Prema Devi, wife of Ganga Prasad, age 36 years, resident of Kasganj
-Pinky, daughter of Manpal Singh, age 10 years, resident of Kasganj

Names Of People Injured In The Accident:
-Maheshwari, wife of Chandrapal, resident of Rampur police station and district Kasganj, age 42 years, has been referred to Aligarh after treatment.
-Krishna, wife of Suresh, resident of Kunnaur, police station Kasganj, age 45 years, has been referred to Aligarh after treatment.
-Prem Singh, son of Nathu Singh, age 30 years
-Arjun, son of Shishupal, age 8 years, resident of Kator
-Hemvati, wife of Bhupendra, age 36 years, resident of Rampur Hemvati, is undergoing treatment at the district hospital
