YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) conducts a draw today for its residential plot scheme, which has attracted 187,577 eligible applicants from a total of 202,235 valid submissions. The event is set to take place at India Expo Mart at 10 AM.

YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024: Where To Check Result

The YEIDA has released details about the Residential Plot Scheme RPS 08/2024. The results will be made available online at www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com later in the day. The winner list will be published in the evening, following the draw, which includes various plot sizes ranging from 120 to 4,000 square metres.

To ensure smooth operations, attendance is limited to 1,877 applicants, but those unable to attend can watch the draw live on the Doordarshan Uttar Pradesh channel and on the Dainik Jagran website, as well as various platforms like YouTube.

YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024: Eligibility

Only applicants who chose a one-time payment option will be eligible to participate. Shailendra Bhatia, the Special Executive Officer of the Yamuna Authority, mentioned that the allotment of plots will be decided based on the names drawn. The final list of eligible candidates was published on October 3, 2024. Applicants can check their status by visiting the official website.

In an effort to maintain transparency, a jury of three retired High Court judges will oversee the draw, with both videography and photography to document the process.

YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024: Registration Fees Refunded

For those who do not win a plot, the registration fees will be refunded within 72 hours of the draw's conclusion. Successful applicants will need to pay the remaining 90 percent of the plot cost within sixty days.

The scheme launched on July 5, with the application period ending on August 23, has generated significant interest among prospective homeowners. As the draw date approaches, applicants are eagerly awaiting the results of what is anticipated to be a major event for many.
