YEIDA Plot Scheme Diwali 2024: A new residential plot project is scheduled to be introduced by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) on Diwali 2024. In Sectors 18 and 24A, near the future Noida International Airport, the project would provide 821 plots.

In order to meet the increasing demand, YEIDA officials announced that the program will largely focus on smaller plot sizes.

The 821 plots' brochure has already been completed.

YEIDA has made the decision to launch a new residential plot plan after its last one in September had an amazing response, drawing over 200,000 applications for 361 plots close to the airport.

Plots of various sizes will be available in Sectors 18 and 24A under the new offering, which is intended to satisfy the strong demand for residential choices close to Noida's growing airport sector.

Applications for the scheme will be received beginning October 31, 2024, till November 30, 2024.

The draw is set on December 27.

“We have come up with this plot scheme because there is a huge demand for residential plots near the airport site," Arun Vir Singh, Chief Executive Officer of YEIDA, told HT.

“This scheme offers a wonderful opportunity for buyers who wish to build houses near Noida airport."

According to Singh, the plan received a registration certificate from the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA), indicating that all paperwork and clearances for the Diwali launch are complete.

YEIDA Plot Scheme Diwali 2024 Plot Sizes

The plan will provide plots in four different sizes: 120, 162, 200, and for the first time, 250 square metres. There will be 344 plots available in Sector 24A and 477 plots available in Sector 18's Blocks 9A and 9B.
