The video, soon after being shared on social media, went viral on the internet. Most people shared their own stories where they faced similar frauds, while the rest demanded the Government to take action against such matters. The post was shared yesterday and pulled 417K views from people.
Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “The government should regularly check them!!” a user said. “Many petrol pumps are involved in fraud. No one even gets to know about it,” added a second person. “Concerned about fraudulent activities at Indian Oil petrol pumps. Urging @IndianOilcl to investigate and take necessary actions to ensure integrity and trust in their services. #PetrolPumpFraud #IndianOil,” added a third person.
“Yes this is a center-half petrol pump and they are a very big fraud, once I filled petrol in my car and they gave hardly 50% and surprisingly it's just outside the Indian oil building @IndianOilcl, please take action against them,” added a fourth user. “This @IndianOilcl staff is so confidently telling to call the cops, shows that no action is going to be taken from police or @IndianOilcl. I have taken bill a lot of time and never the full screen went closed but in this video, it happened so which is in case of resetting the machine,” wrote a fifth person.
