It's not new for them. I had a similar experience when I was traveling to Turkey,” said a fourth person. “Indigo has no rule they keep on twisting it as per their comfort. Seen many times when Indigo passengers have not been allowed to board Indigo flights. Refund the money of passengers who aren't allowed to board. Don't frame rule on the cost of customer bucks,” said another. “Did anyone notice that the child had a coffee cup and was snacking on something? Doesn't that mean that these folks had adequate time and could have reached the gates in time??” pointed out a sixth.
