Elvish Yadav Arrest: The snake venom case involving YouTuber Elvish Yadav that was being probed for quite a few months, ‘finally’ led to the influencer’s arrest on March 17 by the Noida Police. As soon as the video of the police taking the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner to their 14-day judicial custody began to float online, people took the opportunity to turn the matter into memes on social media. From ‘Anjalians coming to the rescue’ to Yadav’s old videos, netizens flooded the internet with their countless jokes. For those unaware, Yadav was allegedly connected to allegations of supplying snake venom for rave parties in Uttar Pradesh’s Noida.

As per the reports, the matter came to light through a sting operation at a rave party at Noida’s Sector 51. The operation was taken out by Maneka Gandhi's People for Animals organisation, where the police ended up arresting 5 accused. Yadav was also being heavily connected to the entire matter, however, he was not present at the party during the time. Reportedly, he was being investigated since November last year. Meanwhilethe rest of the accused were arrested under the Indian Penal Code’s Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 120A (criminal conspiracy).

As per the latest reports that are going viral on social media, Yadav has allegedly confessed to being involved in the snake venom case. Just a few days before this, an FIR was reportedly registered against Elvish by another YouTuber, Maxtern. Sagar Thakur, who is more popular by the name of Maxtern, filed the FIR with the Gurugram Police after he was beaten up by the Bigg Boss winner. However, the case was soon solved.

Taking to the internet, people shared their take on the matter. Most people chastised the YouTuber, while some ‘celebrated’ his ‘long-due’ arrest. Many also shared jokes and memes on the case.

“Saw some tweets regarding we failed as hindus by some clowns because religion has nothing to do with case against elvish i just want to say Gawar army for a reason,” pointed out another.
