Air India Express Viral Video: A woman from Jaipur recently shared a shocking travel experience on an Air India Express flight that has now gone viral on social media. Her name is Aarzoo Sethi, a dietician and nutrition expert who flew from Jaipur to Dubai with her young son. But what was supposed to be a normal flight turned into a nightmare. According to Aarzoo, passengers were kept inside the plane for more than five hours, with no air conditioning, no help from the crew, and no updates on what was going on. In her video, she showed passengers sweating heavily, using papers and hands to fan themselves, and repeatedly pressing the help button without any crew member showing up.

Showing her little son in the video, she said, “This is my 3-year-old son, drenched in sweat.” She added, “We have been pressing the crew button for ages, and no one has responded. This is the level of irresponsibility we are dealing with.”

She raised questions like, “Even if it’s a technical fault, where is the basic communication? ” In her post caption, she wrote, “We were stranded inside an @airindiax flight for 5+ hours, Flight number IX196, with no AC, no communication, and zero assistance from the crew. All our co-passengers were distressed, sweating in the heat, with no clarity on what was happening. After the Ahmedabad flight incident, this felt even more terrifying. How can the same issues be repeated without accountability?”

"This is absolutely unacceptable from Air India. Passengers deserve basic comfort and safety, not to be treated like cargo. Hope you're fine—no one should have to go through this. Really hoping the authorities take action soon," a third user added. "Stop spending money on cheap flight tickets on AIR India. Rather pay extra and fly Etihad, Emirates, flydubai for UAE," added a fourth user.

"This is such irresponsible behavior from the airline. They are not even thinking about their passengers. They are not even coming to provide water. It's ridiculous," added a fifth user. "This is so pathetic and traumatic, even after that incident, how come they can be so irresponsible?" added another user. "Why do people still choose Air India over other airlines. I really don't get it at this point. You think you are saving some money, but your lives are much more important than your money saved," another user added.
