Worm In Kulfi Falooda: Headlines like ‘customer finds worm in food’ have become way too common these days. From cockroaches to insects, it seems like food giants, recently, have changed the definition of ‘hygiene’ as far as maintaining a clean kitchen is concerned. In a recent similar incident, a customer in Lucknow’s Lulu Mall found a worm in his kulfi falooda, that he bought from the popular food joint Falooda Nation. Rushing into action, the man, along with a friend, began to confront the staff working at the food joint. A video of the same was shared online and went viral.
In the video, the man was seen trying to get an answer from the staff serving the kulfi, who assured him of making a new one. However, the customer refused and resumed taunting the outlet for the incident. The date of the incident could not be confirmed.
The video was shared on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘sirajnoorani’. The post was captioned, “Lucknow- A worm was found in the Kulfi of a customer who went to buy it. The customer made the video viral on social media. This is the case of the Falooda Nation shop of Lulu Mall.”

Taking to the comment section, netizens shared their views. “Holi offer- Falooda with Keeda Free. If there was a roadside seller, he would have to suffer a lot,” a user said. “High-end shops are often filled with rotten dishes and bad food,” commented a second person. “Be careful and stop going to that shop,” cautioned a third user. “If there was no demand for insects with ice cream and money is being taken for it then it is wrong. Otherwise, there may be an offer also. After seeing the number of non-vegetarians in search of free insects, the sales of Faluda Nation will increase further,” joked another.
“Looks like the man must have forgotten about his order after ordering a non-veg ice cream,” added another. “There should be some food protocoles and such as this can be deadly at times. There is a worm in the food that people of all ages are eating in a public place. This should be taken very seriously. This is not at all a joke,” commented the next.
