Mumbai Viral Video: With summers going extra hard amid rising temperatures all across the country this year, everyone is coming up with their own ways of beating the scorching heat. From some sleeping with wet covers covering them to people using tiny fans, people are doing all that they can to stay cool. However, it seems like humans are not the only ones trying such tactics, as animals are also searching for desperate ways to beat the hot weather. Attempting something similar in Mumbai, some adorable monkeys choose to have a ‘pool day’ to remain cool.
Videos of the said monkeys enjoying a ‘pool party’ at a swimming pool surfaced online and went viral. Most people found the clips cute and found the move by the little ones relatable.
The video went viral and left people reacting. Most loved the little fun the furry ones were having and dubbed it a classic example of ‘wild reclaiming its land’, while the rest expressed their desire to join them.
The video was shared on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘MumbaiMarch’. The post was captioned, “‘#Monkeys are back #swimming at #Raheja #Borivali. Enjoying the #MumbaiHeat.”
The video was shared two days ago and pulled 15K views from people.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “They can swim now! Next, they will be riding the kid's bikes,” a user said. “Let them chill in this scorching heat,” added a second person. “Reclaiming the forest cut down by environments,” added a third person. “That's only natural. As long as they're not defecating, which they don't because they're WAY more etiquette than humans across all ages,” added another person.
“They have come to reclaim their land,” added a fifth user. “Wow, nice fun it looks like!” commented a sixth person. “If they were not wild and kinda scary if attacked, I would have happily joined them! This looks so much fun. They are having a great time for sure,” wrote another. “They are looking cute. Hope they enjoy as much as they can and leave after that without harming anyone,” added another.
