Top 10 Dogs With Most Powerful Bites: If there was a dog version of the popular phrase ‘if not friendly then why friend-shaped’, then it wouldn’t exist since almost all dogs are very friendly. But that does not mean that they CANNOT be deadly when needed. There are a few dogs that despite being one of the top preferences for being a pet, can still prove to be lethal when it comes to powerful jaws and strong bites. So we found out about some of these breeds that fall into this category. We found some of the dog breeds known for their lethal bites. The list was compiled by ‘wagwalking’.
Here are to 10 dog breeds with the most powerful bites:
Kangal
The first on the list is the adorable Kangal. They are considered one of the most brutal dog breeds when it comes to powerful and deadly bites. It makes more sense since the breed was bred in Turkey, to guard cattle.
Bandog
No list is complete without the next on the one- the Bandog. They are the second most lethal dog breeds as far as strong bites are concerned. The breed is a mix of a mastiff and a bulldog.
English Mastiff
With Bandog, a mix of mastiff and a bulldog, on the second spot, it's only natural that the English Mastiff is the third breed on the list with a strong jaw.
Wolf/Dog Hybrid
The name itself is more than enough to justify its presence on the list- Wolf/Dog Hybrid. They are in the fourth spot on the list.
Rottweiler
Another adorable yet deadly furry one, with a strong jaw and a dangerous bite, is the Rottweiler. They are on the fifth spot in the list.
American Bulldog
In sixth position, we have the American Bulldog. They might look adorable and harmless, but to unknown outsiders, they can be quite deadly.
German Shepherd
Another obvious entry on the list of dog breeds with deadly jaws and powerful bites is the German Shepherd.
American Pit Bull
On the eighth spot, we have an American Pit Bull. Not only their jaws but these dogs are quite impressed with their muscular physique.
Chow Chow
They might be the most cute dog breeds on this list, but never let their looks deceive you. The Chow Chow dog breed is known for their strong bites,
Belgian Malinois
On the tenth spot, we have the Belgian Malinois. From alert to quick, you name it and the dog will have that trait.
