Medical records released in the latest tranche of documents by the US Department of Justice reveal that sex offender Jeffrey Epstein suffered from hormonal deficiencies and sexually transmitted infections, shedding new light on his health history as part of an ongoing investigation
Jeffrey Epstein Testosterone Levels Clinically Low
Epstein's testosterone levels were far lower than what the American Urological Association describes as clinically low. The tests which were conducted over the years, showed that his testosterone levels were down between 125 and 142 nanograms per decilitre.
Epstein’s own emails suggest the condition had persisted for years. Writing to his doctors, he stated that the levels had been stable for a decade. In an email sent at 3 am in April 2015, he questioned if his low testosterone was finally affecting him.
Doctors recommended Epstein hormone therapy, including the use of drugs such as Clomid, but Epstein discontinued the treatment in 2016 after reporting side effects, including weight gain and fluid retention.
Medical records show Epstein was diagnosed with gonorrhoea and some more infections, and in a 2016 email to a physician in New York, he disclosed that tests had returned positive for both parasites and a sexually transmitted infection, for which antibiotics were prescribed.
Epstein Had Enhancement Plans, Wanted To Preserve His Sperms
The investigative files also show that Epstein was sent marketing material for sexual enhancement products and he had inquired about options for sperm preservation.

Several prominent figures appear in the files, including US President Donald Trump, former President Bill Clinton, Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Mick Jagger, Michael Jackson, Kevin Spacey and filmmaker Mira Nair. Emails show Musk asking Epstein about visiting his private island and the “wildest party,” though there is no evidence he went there and Musk has denied wrongdoing.
