A senior commander of Pakistan-based terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) has issued an open call for violence against India, declaring “Ghazwa-e-Hind” and directly threatening Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a speech that has surfaced on social media.  In a video posted on X by the handle “Osint TV,” Lashkar-e-Taiba’s Bahawalpur chief, Saifullah Saif, is seen addressing a large gathering of militants. In the footage, Saifullah incites those present to wage jihad against India, using highly provocative and offensive language.

Direct Threat Against Indian Leadership

During his speech, Saifullah made derogatory remarks against Indian leaders, repeatedly referring to them as “infidels.” He crossed all red lines by openly threatening PM Modi and calling for violent attacks against India’s political leadership.

Saifullah alleged that “regional equations are changing” and claimed that Bangladesh now stands with Pakistan. He further asserted that the Pakistani army is prepared to support “Ghazwa-e-Hind,” a radical Islamist concept frequently invoked by terror groups to justify attacks against India.

The video shows hundreds of Lashkar-e-Taiba operatives and sympathisers attending the gathering. Security analysts say the speech represents a serious escalation, with the terror leader attempting to project state backing and mobilise cadres for future attacks.

Link To Operation Sindoor Fallout

The development comes in the aftermath of India’s Operation Sindoor, launched in May 2025 to dismantle terrorist infrastructure. Last week, senior Lashkar commander Saifullah Kasuri admitted that terror camps in Pakistan were destroyed during the operation, marking the first such acknowledgement from within the group.

Kasuri, identified by Indian agencies as the mastermind behind the April 26 Pahalgam terror attack that killed 26 civilians, conceded in a separate video that Indian strikes hit Lashkar training camps and hideouts. Despite the admission, he issued provocative statements against India.

In an earlier Osint TV video, Saifullah Saif claimed that a top aide of Lashkar founder Hafiz Saeed was operating from East Pakistan, or Bangladesh, and plotting to push terrorism into India, claims that have raised concerns among regional security agencies.
