As per reports, the robot attacked the engineer and inflicted wounds on his back and arm by sinking its claws. The attack left a trail of blood on the floor of the factory. Two persons witnessed their fellow employees being attacked by the machine meant to grab and move car parts.

While two robots were disabled, the third one was somehow active, which led to the attack.

Tesla, however, declined to comment on the incident.
