2026 Kia Seltos:  The 2026 Kia Seltos has been unveiled, and it is set to be launched in India on January 2, 2026. The 2026 Kia Seltos has received several changes in terms of design and features. Post-launch, the new Kia Seltos 2026 will rival the likes of the Hyundai Creta and the Tata Sierra in the country. The Hyundai Creta has remained a segment leader in the country. 2026 Kia Seltos Vs Hyundai Creta: Dimensions

The 2026 Kia Seltos has also been upgraded in terms of its dimensions. The Hyundai Creta is 4330mm long, 1790mm wide, and 1635mm tall. It also has a wheelbase of 2610mm, and the ground clearance stands at 190mm. The new Kia Seltos 2026, on the other hand, is 4460mm longer, 1830mm wide, 1635mm tall, and it has a wheelbase of 2690mm. It means that the 2026 Kia Seltos is 130mm longer, 40mm wider, and has an increased wheelbase of 80mm when compared to the Hyundai Creta.

2026 Kia Seltos Vs Hyundai Creta: Features

The 2026 Kia Seltos comes with a Trinity Panoramic display setup, which includes dual connected screens with each one having a size of 12.3-inch (one screen for a fully digital instrument cluster, and the other for the infotainment system). The display setup on the new Kia Seltos 2026 also includes a 5.0-inch heads-up display. The Hyundai Creta, on the other hand, offers a dual-display setup with each screen measuring 10.25 inches. The 2026 Kia Seltos offers flush-styled door handles, whereas the Hyundai Creta gets standard door handles. The new Kia Seltos 2026 offers a new flat-bottom steering wheel, whereas the Hyundai Creta offers a four-spoke steering wheel. 2026 Kia Seltos Vs Hyundai Creta: Powertrain

The 2026 Kia Seltos comes with a choice of three powertrain options: a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine with 113bhp, a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine with 158 bhp, along a 1.5-litre diesel engine with 113bhp. It also offers a choice of transmission options, including a manual, iMT, CVT, and torque-converter automatic transmission. Interestingly, the Hyundai Creta also comes with the same choice of engine options. However, the Creta offers a choice of transmission options of either a DCT, iVT, or a Manual transmission. The power figures for both of these SUVs are also the same.

2026 Kia Seltos Vs Hyundai Creta: Safety Equipment

The 2026 Kia Seltos also comes equipped with several advanced safety features. Both of these SUVs, the new Kia Seltos 2026 and the Hyundai Creta, provide some safety features as standard, including 6 airbags, All-Wheel Disc brakes, ABS with EBD, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), also known as Vehicle Stability Control (VSC), and Hill Start Assist Control. Both of these SUVs also offer a Level 2 ADAS Suite. However, the Kia Seltos offers a total of 21 ADAS functions, whereas the Hyundai Creta offers 19 of these.
