Sunny Deol Porsche 911: Bollywood actor Sunny Deol had earlier purchased the rare Porsche 911 Turbo 50 sports car, with images shared on Instagram (by Automobili Ardent India) revealing the all-new Porsche 911 Turbo 50 finished in Aventurine Green. Fast forward to September 28, the same Porsche 911 Turbo 50 made headlines again, with the actor driving the rare 911 on the Delhi–Jaipur highway.

Was the Actor Wearing the Seatbelt?

In the video that has now gone viral across social media platforms, the actor was seen enjoying the drive to Delhi on the highway, with multiple social media users reacting to the video and asking about the seatbelt. 

At first glance, it appears that the actor did not seem to be wearing a seatbelt. But, close attention confirms the seatbelt was indeed fastened. The design of the shirt was apparently obscuring the seatbelt, making it difficult for netizens to discern whether the seatbelt was fastened or not.

Porsche 911 Turbo 50 Years: Why is it Rare?

Coming back to the model, the Porsche 911 Turbo 50 is a homage to the original 911 Turbo. This is a limited-edition version with a production run of 1,974 units. The Turbo 50 features vinyl graphics, retro decals, special 'Turbo 50' badging, Mackenzie tartan upholstery, 20-inch front/21-inch rear alloy wheels, and 18-way electrically adjustable seats with a memory function. 

Porsche 911 Turbo 50 Years: Engine

Powering the Porsche 911 Turbo 50 is a 3.7-litre, flat-six, twin-turbo engine that makes 650bhp and 800Nm of peak torque. The model can accelerate from a halt to 100km/h in 2.7 seconds, while achieving the maximum speed of 330km/h.

Porsche 911 Turbo 50 Years: Price

Sunny Deol's Porsche 911 Turbo 50 sits at around Rs 4 crore, Rs 70 lakh more than the standard version. He currently owns the 992-generation 911 GT3, 993-generation Porsche 911, and the 964 Porsche.
