Mahindra XUV 7XO Launch Date: It is confirmed that the Mahindra XUV700 facelift will be called the Mahindra XUV 7XO. The brand had trademarked the name earlier this year, and the upcoming SUV follows the brand’s new nomenclature for its SUVs. As per a report by Autocar, the Mahindra XUV 7XO will be launched in India on January 5, 2026. The prototypes of the Mahindra XUV 7XO have been spied testing on the Indian roads several times, and the brand recently shared the first teaser with officially confirming the new name for its upcoming SUV. Let’s take a look at the expected design, features, and engine of the upcoming Mahindra XUV 7XO.
Mahindra XUV 7XO Features
The upcoming Mahindra XUV 7XO is expected to share a lot of similarities in terms of cabin with its electric sibling, the Mahindra XEV 9S. In one of the spy images captured earlier this year, the three-screen setup inside the cabin was spotted. Therefore, we expect the upcoming Mahindra XUV 7XO to come equipped with features such as a two-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated infinity logo, an auto-dimming IRVM, powered and ventilated seats, a Level 2 ADAS suite, and more.

At the rear, it is expected to retain the same LED taillight setup as the XUV700, albeit with a few new design elements.
