GST Rate Changes September 2025: The Indian government announced a reduction in GST rates on September 4, 2025, and the new GST rates have taken effect from today onwards. Following the announcement by the government, Honda Cars India Limited (HCIL) announced revised prices for its cars offered in India today. Currently, the brand offers a total of 3 cars- the Honda City, the Honda Amaze, and the Honda Elevate. All of these models offered by Honda have received a price benefit of up to Rs 1.20 lakh, post the implementation of the GST 2.0.
Honda City New GST Rates
The Honda City has remained one of the most loved sedans in the country ever since its introduction. The popular sedan by Honda has received price benefits ranging between Rs 41,790 and Rs 57,500 on different variants. You can check variants-wise price benefits in the table below.

The Honda Amaze has received the highest benefits in the brand’s model lineup, and price benefits on the compact sedan range between Rs 65,100 and Rs 1.20 lakh.
