Mahindra XEV 9S Range:  Veteran Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan was recently spotted driving the Mahindra XEV 9S electric SUV outside his residence in Mumbai. The veteran actor owns a slew of luxury cars, but watching him behind the steering wheel remains a rare sight.

The Mahindra XEV 9S is available in 6 main trims priced between Rs 19.95 lakh and Rs 30.20 lakh, all prices ex-showroom. The electric SUV by Mahindra is available in 6- and 7-seater trims segregated into three battery packs: 59 kWh, 70 kWh, and 79 kWh.

As mentioned earlier, the Mahindra XEV 9S is available in a total of 6 trims, and the battery pack options are: 70 kWh and 79 kWh. The XEV 9S has a rear-wheel-drive setup, and the electric motor can generate peak power and torque outputs of 245 hp and 310 Nm, respectively. The smaller battery pack has a claimed range of up to 600 km, whereas the larger battery pack has a claimed range of up to 679 km on a single charge.
