The electric version of the Harrier was first showcased during the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025 in January this year. It has been heavily teased since then, and now the brand has confirmed the launch of its upcoming electric SUV. Here is everything about the design, features, range, and expected price.

Tata Harrier EV: Range And Battery

While the leader of India’s EV market has not yet officially revealed any technical information about the battery size of the upcoming SUV, it is expected that the Harrier EV might get a 75 kWh battery with a promising range of more than 500 kilometres in a single charge. Tata Harrier EV: Cabin And Features

The electric version of the Tata Harrier will be based on the Gen 2 EV platform, a reengineered version of the OMEGA Arc Structure. The upcoming SUV from Tata is expected to get a cabin similar to the recently launched Curvv EV. Based on a teaser released by Tat, it is expected to feature a dual-tone dashboard, touch-based HVAC controls, a floating touchscreen for the infotainment system, a digital instrument cluster, and a rotary dial for terrain modes. It is also expected to feature V2L and V2V functions, which can charge other electric vehicles or power electric appliances.

Tata Harrier EV: Design

The overall silhouette of the Tata Harrier EV looks very similar to that of the diesel Harrier facelift. However, a closed grille, a chrome-based air dam, a different set of alloy wheels, and the Harrier.EV badging at the rear tailgate separates it from the standard ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) Model.

Tata Harrier EV: Expected Price

The Curvv EV is the most expensive model in Tata’s electric lineup in India. The upcoming Harrier EV will feature a bigger battery and a better all-wheel drive powertrain. The electric variant of the Harrier is also expected to be the new most expensive model for the brand. The top-spec model of the Tata Curvv EV is priced at Rs 21.99 lakhs (Ex-showroom). We expect the Harrier EV to be priced at around Rs 26 lakhs (Ex-showroom) in India.
