Toyota Fortuner Viral Video: The Toyota Fortuner is one of the most popular SUVs in India currently. It offers a blend of muscular stance, premium cabin, powerful performance, and off-road capabilities, which is almost unmatched. A Fortuner stuck anywhere, on the road or in rough terrain, is one of the rare sights to see. Recently, one such video surfaced on social media that is winning hearts now, due to what happened afterwards.
The video was shared on Instagram by a user named Said Alavikoya, and it shows the Toyota Fortuner stuck in a river due to some issue. The Fortuner seen in the video is a 2012 model of the SUV, which is a little tweaked with a blacked-out grille and alloy wheels. The SUV, unable to start, would have remained stuck in the stream if a gentle giant had not come to the rescue.

The latter part of the video shows an elephant coming to the rescue of the giant SUV. The elephant grabs one end of the rope with its trunk, while the other end is tied to the front tow-hook of the Fortuner. The elephant pulls the Toyota SUV out of the river in an instant, and the effortless action captured in the video has garnered more than 2 million views and 1 lakh likes on Instagram. The Toyota Fortuner weighs around 1995 kilograms, and it is considered heavier than its counterparts. But it is pulled out of the river by the elephant like a toy. Instagram users are in absolute awe as they go through the video. Many of the users commented ‘It’s not horse power it’s Elephant power’. One of the users commented, ‘We use elephants instead of tow trucks, eco-friendly and majestic’, while one other comment read ‘I seriously laugh when someone says fortuner as elephant’.
