Toyota Innova Hycross New Petrol Variant: Japanese automaker Toyota Kirloskar Motor has launched a new top-of-the-line variant of the Innova Hycross petrol called the GX (O). This new petrol powered GX (O) variant of the Innova Hycross has been launched at a starting price of Rs 21 lakh (ex-showroom).

Toyota is offering the new GX (O) variant of the Innova Hycross in seven and eight seater configurations, with the seven-seater being priced at Rs 21.13 lakh (ex-showroom) due to added features. Toyota is offering the new GX (O) variant of the Innova Hycross in seven colour options. 

Toyota Innova Hycross New GX (O) Variant - Features

Talking about the features of the new GX (O) variant of the Innova Hycross, it gets additional features such as LED fog lights, front parking sensors, a 360-degree camera and a rear defogger. 

Moving inside the new GX (O) variant of the Innova Hycross, it gets a new chestnut theme, softer materials on the dashboard and doors and updated fabric seat covers. To enhance comfort and convenience, automatic climate control and a 10.1-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay have also been incorporated. 

However, the eight-seater GX (O) misses out on some features like the larger touchscreen and wireless CarPlay, which is why it's priced slightly lower. 

Toyota Innova Hycross New GX (O) Variant - Engine 

In terms of engine specs, the new Innova Hycross GX (O) variant is powered by a 2.0-litre petrol engine that is capable of generating a power output of 174 bhp and 205 Nm of torque and is paired with a CVT automatic gearbox. Toyota claims it can achieve a fuel efficiency of 16.13 km/l.

Toyota Innova Hycross New GX (O) Variant - Rivals 

In terms of competition, there's no direct rival to the petrol powered Toyota Innova Hycross. However, it will face competition from other seven-seater SUVs in the market like the Tata Safari, MG Hector Plus and Hyundai Alcazar. The hybrid variant of the Innova Hycross faces competition from the Maruti Suzuki Invicto.
