RuPay and BookMyShow have announced a year-long partnership to launch the 'Live Events Passport', offering exclusive access and special perks to RuPay cardholders for live cultural and entertainment experiences. This strategic collaboration aims to combine seamless payment solutions with unique experiences for customers across India.
Exclusive Access and Perks for Cardholders
Through the 'Live Events Passport', RuPay cardholders will gain exclusive access to major live events like Sunburn, Lollapalooza India, and Bandland. The partnership provides a range of benefits, including:
Early Ticket Access: Cardholders can purchase tickets before they become available to the general public.
Priority Ticketing Zones: Special zones at venues will be designated for RuPay cardholders.
Curated Offers: Privileges include special food and beverage deals and exclusive merchandise.
Fast-Lane Entry: Cardholders will have access to fast-lane entries for on-site top-ups.
Dedicated Lounges: At select venues, cardholders can enjoy dedicated lounge areas, providing an elevated on-ground experience similar to VIP lounges offered by other banks.
To further strengthen brand engagement, RuPay will establish its own experiential spaces and activation zones at major events, serving as premium gathering points for customers.
Strategic Alignment and Market Impact
The partnership aligns with RuPay's broader brand strategy of associating with high-engagement events, such as sports, music and cultural festivals.
