Tata Group Share Price: India's one the most beloved business tycoon and former head of Tata Group 'Ratan Tata' passed away on Wednesday night at the age of 86. The whole of India is mourning the demise of a beloved businessman. Tata Group has expressed its grief and halted operations and scheduled programs of the various companies. On the saddest day for the group, the listed stocks are trading mix as some are trading higher and some or lower. Below are the performance of Tata Group stocks.
Tata Elxi share price
The shares of Tata Elxi are trading higher on Thursday. At around 1:07 pm, the stock was trading at the level of 7,776 per share, up 2.12% or 161.7 rupees. Earlier, in the morning Tata Elxi shares opened in green at 7,627.00 per share and jumped up to hit an intraday high at Rs 8,027 per share.
Titan share price
The shares of Titan, the wearable brand of Tata, are trading lower during Thursday trading hour. At around 1:14 pm, Titan shares were trading at level of 3,454.6 per share, down 1.1% or 38 rupees. Earlier, in the morning Titan shares opened in green at 3,510.00 per share but it lost the early gain soon amid selling pressure. The stock hit an intraday high of 3,531.55 per share and a low at Rs 3,437.20/ per share till mid-day trade.
TCS Share Price
The Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) share was in focus as company had to reveal Q2 results, however the same had to cancel after demise of Ratan Tata. The stocked opened flat at Rs 4,253.25 per shares and traded in green during morning trade. The Tata Group share price surged up to Rs 4,293.85 but it lost the winning momentum in afternoon trade. At around 1:25 pm, the stock was trading at Rs 4,206.70, down 1.08 per cent or 46.30 rupees.
Tata consumer share price
Tata consumer stock is trading slightly higher during afternoon trade on Thursday. At around 1:29 pm, the stock was trading at the level of 1,120.7 per share, up 0.26%. Earlier, in the morning Tat Consumer share opened in green at 1,117.80 per share and jumped to hit intraday high at Rs 1,129.0 per share.
Tata Motor Share price
The shares of Tata Motors were trading slightly lower during afternoon trade on Thursday. At around 1:33 pm, the stock was trading at the level of 930.30 per share, down 0.92%. Earlier, in the morning Tata Motors opened at 933.75 per share and jumped to hit intraday high of Rs 943.60 per share.
Tata Tech Share price
The shares of Tata Tech were trading in green during afternoon trade on Thursday. At around 1:37 pm, the stock was trading at level of 1,066.85 per share, up 1.84%, or 19 rupees. Earlier, in the morning Tata Tech shares opened at 1,045.10 per share and jumped to hit an intraday high at Rs 1,089.85 per share.
