India vs Pakistan Asia Cup 2025 Match Date: The Suryakumar Yadav-led India will be hot favourites as the battle for the best in the continent unfolds at the upcoming Asia Cup T20 tournament on Tuesday. The action will begin with Afghanistan taking on Hong Kong in Abu Dhabi. Still, all eyes will be on Dubai, and the Indian team will take the field to prevail against the United Arab Emirates in its opener on Wednesday.
Despite multiple games in the first game, there is no denying the fact that India's match against Pakistan will be the show-stopper and the cash-cow which drives the entire tournament. Both teams were recently embroiled in a conflict that started after Pakistan-backed terrorists killed 26 innocent tourists in Pahalgam in Kashmir.

Coming back to the contest between the two sides, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh have a sporting rivalry of their own with the latter seeking their first-ever Asia Cup win. On the other hand, Sri Lanka were crowned Champions in the last Asia Cup, which took place in T20 format in 2022.
Afghanistan, which made the semi-final of the T20 World Cup 2024, can certainly be called the 'dark-horse' of this tournament. In the recently concluded tri-series in the UAE, they looked solid against experienced campaigners like Pakistan. However, the Rashid Khan-led side will strive for more consistency.
