IND vs PAK Asia Cup Super 4: During the Asia Cup Super 4 match against Pakistan on Sunday, India's star opener Abhishek Sharma had smashed three fours and two sixes till now after six overs. He began his knock by hitting Shaheen Shah Afridi for a six on the first ball while chasing a target of 172 runs, and then he hit his second six on the fifth ball of the fourth over.
After hitting a six in Abrar's over, Abhishek extended his record of smashing sixes to 50 in the shortest format. He achieved the milestone of smashing 50 sixes in this format off 331 balls. He had become the fastest player to have smashed 50 sixes in this format.

And for the Men in Blue, Suryakumar Yadav had become the fastest batter to have smashed 50 sixes in this format. Surya achieved this milestone in 510 balls and smashed 50 sixes in this format.
105-run partnership with Gill
While chasing a target of 172 runs against arch-rivals Pakistan, Abhishek stitched a partnership of 105 runs in 9.5 overs for the first wicket with Gill. Gill had played 28 balls in his innings, in which he had smashed eight fours and had scored 47 runs. Faheem Ashraf took his wickets. At the fifth ball of the 10th over, Ashraf rattled Gill's stumps.
India skipper Suryakumar Yadav came into bat at the No.3 position and got out on a duck. Haris Rauf had dismissed him. Surya was trying to go big against the fast bowler, and Abrar Ahmed took the catch.
