CAT 2024 Registration: The Indian Institute of Management, IIM, has extended the CAT 2024 registration deadline. The deadline to apply has been extended to September 20, 2024. Applicants interested in applying for the Common Admission Test can access the link on IIM CAT's official website, iimcat.ac.in.
According to the official website, the CAT 2024 admit card will be issued on November 5, and the exam will be placed on November 24, 2024. The CAT will be administered in exam centres throughout approximately 170 test cities.
The registration cost is ₹1250 for SC, ST, and PwD applicants and ₹2500 for all other categories. Payment should be made online.
CAT 2024 Registration: Important Guidelines

- Before applying for the exam, all applicants should confirm their CAT 2024 eligibility by visiting the website's eligibility page.
- Before registering, aspirants must provide a genuine and unique email address and mobile number. This email address and cellphone number should be kept available until the CAT Admissions process is concluded, as all official correspondence will be sent from this email address and mobile number.
- Before starting the registration process, gather all of the information required to complete the form.
- "*" (asterisk) signifies a required field. Aspirants must fill in the fields highlighted with this symbol or they will be unable to submit their CAT 2024 applications.
- To submit, you must provide scanned images of your passport-sized photo and signature. The photograph should not be older than six months and must include a white backdrop. Please keep in mind that on the day of the exam, candidates must present printed copies of the same photograph.
