GATE 2025 Exam: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee will finish the registration process for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 without a late charge tomorrow, September 26. Eligible applicants can submit their GATE 2025 applications via the official website of GATE at gate2025.iitr.ac.in.
The GATE 2025 exam is set to take place on February 1, 2, 15, and 16 next year. The exam will be conducted in two shifts. The first shift will run from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., followed by the second shift from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m The exam will be administered in computer-based test (CBT) format, with 30 test papers. Applicants can take a maximum of two exam papers from the various two-paper combinations.
Applicants applying for GATE 2025 who are female, belong to a Scheduled Caste (SC), a Scheduled Tribe (ST), or are Persons with Disabilities (PwD) must pay an application fee of Rs 900 during the standard registration period. All other applicants, including overseas nationals, will need to pay Rs 1,800.
The deadline for the extended online enrollment or application process for GATE 2025 with a late fee is October 7, 2024. The deadline for changing category, paper, examination city, adding a new test paper, or updating personal details for GATE 2025 is November 6, 2024, with an extra cost per modification. The institute will release the GATE 2025 admit card on January 2. GATE 2025 results are anticipated to be released on March 19, 2025.
