MHT CET 2024: The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) 2024 for the PCM group will not be held on May 5 due to the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) scheduled for that date, according to the state CET cell's official website. MHT CET 2024 will be held from May 2 to May 16 for engineering students. Cell stated that revised dates for the engineering group would be published soon.

The CET cell has amended exam dates for the physics, chemistry, and mathematics groups, as well as the physics, chemistry, and biology (PCB) groups, to avoid clashes with the Lok Sabha general elections in 2024. The PCB test has been rescheduled for April 22-30. Previously, the Maharashtra CET exam 2024 for both PCM and PCB groups was planned to take place from April 16 to April 30.

Between March 20 and March 22, applicants could modify their MHT CET 2024 application form. The board granted the opportunity after discovering that some of the candidates made a variety of faults when enrolling for the exam.

The MHT CET exam 2024 for both PCM and PCB groups will be administered online in two shifts: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. The MHT CET 2024 PCM exam will be held for applicants pursuing admission to engineering and technology and BPlanning programs, while the PCB exam will be conducted for those pursuing admission to pharmacy or pharm D degree courses.

“All students and parents should note that the MHT CET (PCM Group) exam will not be conducted on 05-05-2024 as the NEET UG exam is on 05-05-2024. Revised dates will be announced soon,” the official website read.
