NEET UG 2024 Counselling: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will begin the counselling process for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET-UG 2024) soon. According to recent reports, NEET UG counselling 2024 is expected to start today, July 24, 2024. The complete schedule and confirmation of dates for the NEET UG counseling registration and application process are still awaited. Candidates will be able to register at mcc.nic.in.

The process includes three rounds of counseling, followed by a stray vacancy round. Candidates should thoroughly review the counseling scheme outlined in the information bulletin before registering. They should also refer to the user guide and check the available seats at various medical colleges to prioritise their choices effectively.

The MCC oversees NEET UG counseling for 15 percent of All India Quota seats and 100 per cent of seats at deemed universities, central universities (including DU, AMU, and BHU), ESIC, AFMC, IP University, AIIMS, and JIPMER institutions.

Moreover, the MCC conducts online counseling for BSc Nursing at central institutions. The MCC NEET counseling process includes three main rounds, followed by a stray vacancy round.
