SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2025: The Staff Selection Commission Chairman S. Gopalakrishnan has said that the SSC CGL Tier 1 result for 2025 will be declared by December 2025. The Tier 1 exam took place from 12 to 26 September across 255 centres in 126 cities. Out of 28 lakh registered candidates, more than 13.5 lakh appeared. Those students who have appeared for the examination are eagerly waiting for the results to be announced soon. The SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam was conducted over 15 days across 255 centres in 126 cities of India.
SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2025: Response Sheet Details
The response sheet includes details such as Roll Number, Candidate's Name, Exam Name and Post Name, Exam Date, Test Time, Centre Name, List of Questions Answered by the Candidate. The SSC CGL tier 1 exam has been scheduled from 12th to 26th September 2025 and re-exam on 14th October 2025. This recruitment aims to fill a total of 14,582 Group B and Group C vacancies across central government ministries, departments, organizations, statutory bodies, and tribunals.

The Staff Selection Commission conducted the CGL Tier 1 exam from September 12 to 26 and October 14, 2025. After the completion of the exam, a provisional answer key was released on October 16, 2025.
Steps to check SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2025:
Step 1: Students must visit the official SSC website ssc.gov.in to check their results.
Step 2: Click on the “Tier1 Result 2025” tab available on the homepage.
Step 3: Select CGL from the exam category available on the homepage.
Step 4: There will be a link for the “SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2025” PDF.
Step 5: The PDF will open, then students have to find their name/roll number in the merit list.
Step 6: Download or print the PDF for future reference. For marks, log in through SSC Candidate Login when available.
